Love this place. Have known nurse Christie for years. One of the most ethical and kind people I know. Would trust her with anything! If you go there make sure you request her! She’s funny and will make you feel like superwoman!

I highly recommend this location. I travel out of my way because their team is so wonderful. Leslie is always lovely and helpful. Every nurse I've had is nice and respectful. During my most recent visit, both Leslie and Christie went above and beyond to accommodate my travel circumstances, when they certainly had no obligation to do so, and made it an easy breezy visit. Much appreciated!

I had a great experience with Lindsay. She’s very professional and gentle. It was my first time having my lips filled, and I am thrilled with the results. Everyone at ideal image is so professional and so kind. Definitely would recommend to my friends and I will be back for further treatments.

Came for my laser hair appointment on Saturday. I’ve been here many times over the last couple months but Mitchell and Christy really made this day feel extra special for some reason. From the second I walked in Mitchell made me feel like we were friends. He took care of every question I had and even talked to me about new services they have which sounded cool. Then Christy my nurse made this appointment feel like I was somehow a VIP. She’s like talking to a long lost friend. I know she didn’t have to and was probably busy I think she was the only nurse there but she took extra time to sit with me after my appointment and talk about other issues I have with my self confidence and things she thought would help that they offer. She seems smart but not in a daunting way like a genuine way. I won’t lie I’ve had issues with other employees there before like not getting called back by management when I had an issue but Christy gave me her email address and said to message her anytime and she’d help or get the right person to help me. That’s how it’s done right. I came out and booked my next appointment immediately. I can’t wait to come back. I now know Christy is my go to girl and Mitchell will always help me. What a happy Valentine’s Day it was it’s not very often that you feel genuinely cared for by companies anymor but this place is different. 100% recommend Christy for your nurse and if you need help call Mitchell. Good job and I hope your bosses see this.
